It is not necessary for you (or anyone) to use GAds accounts on threshold basis. You can right from the start itself make manual payments (prepay) and hence not rely on the threshold. How to create threshold accounts (if one needs to) ??? Well, that method keeps changing and is not constant.

I am learning about this method, and what I understood is: you need: RDP+Old Gmail account ( from same GEO of your RDP) + same GEO VCC or Bank or Paypal + and age all your actions as you are making cheese... = then run compaign shining whitehut with shining whitehat keywords.

Threshold accounts can be used, the majority of the ones that are sold here are actually bad for your money making potential though (this applied to blackhat adverts as a majority), and an aged account is better

Threshold accounts for your regular client's Ads? I dont prefer coz there are risks involved. I am not the Pro though there might be some way around but i am not sure.

New issue I have noticed with those accounts. For example, you created / or purchased this account on 20th of August, and start ads, you have to consume all credit before end of the month, because billing is at the end of the month, and another issue, if you start increasing budget very fast - you may get flagged. So best option to start from begening of the month....
