Everything checks out, except 1 domain is not indexed in MOZ.
Considering OP promotes based on MOZ metrics I checked them first on MOZ.

Both domains are indexed in google.
Both show a few dozens of referring domains and a few hundreds links in total.

Content is spun and somewhat readable.
Not the kind of content that would pass manual review IMO. But in the end what service at this low price point would pass that.

I got pretty much what was expected for this low price level. The domains are expired and registered 1 year ago. DA 29 DR 1 RD 126 1 indexed page in google - DA 44 DR 32 RD 38 36 indexed page in google. This second one seems to have inflated DA DR. Spun content and the look of a PBN.
