Initial SEO Strategy for site

Hello comrades, before the question here is the synopsis. Was invited as SEO-specialist to the project will start next month (creating a site in coop with front-end and back-end). It's a truly good skill rising opportunity for a newbie like me, but there is a problem. I don't know what to do and how. Have experience in tech audit, traf analysis, kw researches e. t. c. but only on sites that were done. But here I should take the project from zero.

So, the question. Is there guides, manual, or smth like this to understand how should I intercommunicate with the team, what should I do? Is there checklists, or smth?
