Hey BHW,

I have been in quite a struggle for time lately. I'm quite busy writing articles and improving my blog overall. Also making connections and collaborations takes quite a bit of time. By the side I am also starting a YouTube channel. And I am working on an open-source project which I haven't touched in quite a while but want to continue improving. And if that wasn't enough I also need to do farming work.

I don't know if I'm just bitching about stupid shit but I believe you are also very busy people.

I would like to learn how you manage your time to fulfill the needs of all your projects.

Hopefully I can get something positive out of this.

Make a journal and write it down.
And most important don't stress just take it ease.
if you worry about thinking bout time then your time will taken by worry.

so chill and DoTheThing.

you can try OMAD (One Meal A Day) which makes you more focused and energetic and you will need less time to prepare/buy food.
search for Jason Fung and Eric Berg on youtube, you'll find a lot of videos about this topic.
and search for polyphasic sleep. maybe you are one of those people who can sleep 2-3 hours a day and feel good!

for time management I like Elon Musk's method, he split his time into 5 minute blocks and does only one task in that 5 minutes. you can easily do this by setting your phone to ring every 5 minutes in work time.

Definitely. I think quarantine fucked me up mentally xD

I don't think one meal a day is sufficient enough as I exercise pretty much every day and have jujitsu on the weekends and lose a lot of energy that way. But the Elon Musk strat seems like a good one. Also I limited my time on social media as I spend like 9 hours a day previously on Instagram. Thank you for the suggestions!

Write up a plan for the next week with pen and paper every Sunday. I do this every week and I write for every day what I am planning to do. I also have many different projects/tasks to work on and it keeps me organized. If I don't do this I usually just sit in my office staring at my screen delaying all my important work.

I workout too, search these keywords on youtube. You'll find out how strong human body is.
Thomas DeLauer OMAD
Bulldog Mindset OMAD
+many professional athletes do OMAD.
about social media, I'd do it HARD MODE. delete the app entirely or only use it in a specific time period if you need it for work.
you're welcome

Definitely. Having a goal, and then completing it gives you a moral boost as well. Should definitely try that at the end of this week. Also I have an agenda notebook that needs some ink on it! Thanks!

OMAD wouldn't be something for me eating 4200kcal a day

Yo thanks!

Bro, once I get enough traffic and get a sustainable cash flow, I will have my own army of Indian text support guys.
if you still doesnt have sustainable cash flow, than my suggestion is to split your project onto piority make one project as your main piority and the rest as site project. than split the time for them.
Like in a week you will spen 3 days only working on your main project. That way your project can grow quickly, it always better to focus on one project when it's at startup level(not giving you sustainable cashflow yet)

Powerlifting, but I am 2 meters tall as well so my maintenance calories are already extremely high. Weighing 96kg

Damn. I'm 180cm tall and weigh like 85kg. My fat level is like 15% xD. But currently I am building muscle, and preparing for tournaments next year. Sadly no tournaments this year because fucking corona :(

I am definitely prioritizing my main project right now. Should plan my life out more :p

sure you can. you just need to add calorie dense foods to your diet.
Sure let me eat 700 grams of peanut butter.. lol..

I'd rather eat for performance and cook solid stuff :)
I only eat 3 meals a day anyway, takes like 1-1.5hrs a day with prepping and eating ^_^

But if you're building muscle you gotta space out your meals over the day. Let's say you train 2 times a day. I would space out 5 meals throughout the day. And it also depends on the intensity of training. And proteins, lots, of, proteins. Chicken and rice all the way babyyyyyy!

didn't see this. 2 meals a day in a limited timeframe might work better for you.

Spacing meals is not THAT important as you think. You can easily get similar results eating one or two meals a day. Eating 6 meals a day will only add the last 5-10% to your potential muscle gain.

Edit: and do not train twice a day lol
