How to make $ 20 - 40 /day without any current experience ?

I have been following the posts on the Black Hat forum about earning money about half year ... I live in a small country in the Balkan where the average salary is 300e per month, with work 10 hours a day.
If there is a good person to instruct me in which they lead me to get in terms of earnings.
I am not interested in any earnings if it is related to "adults, nudity" and betting because my cheek and faith do not allow it: D

I currently have an account on MaxBounty but I didn't use it properly, I advertised a bit on Facebook and they blocked my web address and after that I gave up.
And I was also working with Adsense, but the price of our click on the Balkan is $ 0.01- $ 0.02, which is too little.
I didn't even try the foreign market (USA ) because it's almost impossible to break through.

I'm going to tell you the most valuable advice you're ever going to hear. RESELLING SERVICES is the quickest money you'll ever make. $300 per month is easy. Hell $300 per day is easy once you get a process and apply perseverance.

Digital services are the easiest. Do simple services in the beginning like graphic design, logos, websites, etc etc.. Dude theres even designers on Fiverr that design sites for like $50. Theres logo designers here that do great logos for like $20. Man I was reselling ONLY logos and making an extra $2k a month and letting someone else manage it. My profit in my pocket after paying the VA was $2k and I didn't lift a finger after the process was setup, other than to periodically check account balances and maybe anlyze analytics of my gigs and etc.

You could use a VPN or proxy and post ads to Craigslist. Join Upwork or any of the freelancing sites. And just sell other peoples shit! (Disclaimer, I know nothing about your country so you may have to do some thinking to get processes to work). Your portfolio is the people your outsourcing. They all have portfolios.

Do some thinking. Money is easy with the right mindset and choice of path.

Also, you can probably find some journey threads, or money making threads here that talk about this exact method of reselling graphic design.

can you send me link, i will start learn how to do with PS and make fiverr account :) and i think i will earn some cash in next time :D

That's a cool business idea, but unfortunately it seems like that'd still require some skills (even if small) so not sure if it's for OP. Basically, there's not much you can do online without any skills whatsoever.. your time is better spent on providing value by learning some skills.

How much skill would it take to learn how to use a VPN or add a proxy to your browser to look like you're in the US? My 15 y/o son knows how to do this and learned on his own in like 10 minutes.

Then how much skill does it take to look at the portfolios of logo designers in the marketplace here at BHW, pick good designers, copy their portfolio, and create ads on craigslist and a profile on freelancer sites?

You don't need photoshop. You don't need skills. You don't need to learn how to do anything other than resell other people and use their portfolios as previous work. It's best you tell the designer what you're doing first. Just common courtesy. You're just reselling dude. You literally need 0 money or tools other than VPN to do this. There are free browser extensions that do the trick. You live and you learn. You won't learn until you implement.

You know what rules the world? Balls. Not knowledge, not money, not experience, none of it work with out balls. Have some balls and just do it. The knowledge, money and experience will come.

I already understand how VPN works but please guide me on how to add a proxy to my browser.
