Weird actions on Facebook

I have a quite big Facebook group with 322,000 followers - all are organic, i never used anything to get the followers. And everyday there used to join 800-1,000 members. But then for the past 2-3 weeks i noticed that the number of followers got down dramatically , and the last 3 days - 20,30 followers each day. Today just 14!!! So what im thinking that someone is lagging my group.
Actually, is it possible? I know its a funny question but i really don't know what to think.

Very possible that FB made an update in the backend and that caused people not to find your group anymore. However, I'd still think that people would invite friends etc, so maybe check out if that's still functional by inviting a few friends?

Very possible that FB made an update in the backend and that caused people not to find your group anymore. However, I'd still think that people would invite friends etc, so maybe check out if that's still functional by inviting a few friends?

I cant understand whats going on, from 1000 daily to 14 . And yes, group is searchable and i just invited 10 friends

It's election time so maybe they're doing it on purpose. Not saying your group is political, but fb has been very paranoid, wacky, and abandoned to bots.

its a women group mi-mi-mi, la-la-la , has nothing to do with politics.
Yesterday i didnt get a singe follower. Im shocked!

Another, your group's engagement and active users dropped tremendously for some reason.
Also, it could be that you are no longer consistent with your group posting but your competitors are. I could be wrong here.

I'll tell you whats happened. There was one group which is got owned by new people. And i start to advertise my group in their group . So many my invite posts was mixed with their thematic posts. Since than my followers dropped from 1k to 2 (as for today). Im sure the guy who bought that group did something.

the group is big and i have 100-200 posts each day. Sometime 400-500

You will want to find another strategy or consider contacting them, letting them know that you "love the group and wish to continue contributing to its development by sharing related content" that is, of course, in line with their standards.

Also, emphasize that your "contribution will help the group to keep members active and improve engagement."

If they decide not to let you be a moderator, then move on. Find other groups to works with or another strategy to help grow your group.
