I am using for research purpose and yes they are residential proxies , good for checking offers and how others are placing cloaker code. For that purpose it works well.

I use 911.re and i vouch for them really good program that lets you run .exe files in their program.

dont really know if 911 is good for that never used the USA proxies, what i can say is that i see allot of proxies for usa and i know that the ones i use are residential
