I have a multilingual website with a product review in 10 different languages/pages.
Do you think is a good idea to add a blog ONLY in English, sending internal links to the other languages/pages (or maybe linking only to home witch is in English)?

Since you have a multilingual website, you already have the languages separated. The English blog can join the English section of the website (/en/blog/) and link to other pages within that English section.

So, linking from /en/blog/ to other languages is ok?
Isn't it a a problem (For SEO) not having blogs for each language?

No, as I mentioned before you should be linking within the English section of the website. You can treat the /en/ as a separate website even, if that is easier to understand.

In case linking to another page on the site in different language makes sense, then do so. Like some products and services can differ across locations.

Since each language on your site is like a separate site in itself, it's ok to not have each and every section of your site on all languages. Still, it would be better to do have blog for all languages. That would enable you to rank for more keywords and bring more traffic to the site. If you want, you can rewrite the same English articles to all other languages and publish them.
