How to fight with competitors on ebay?

Question is the same as Title. I became flustrated because someone still report my listings against Vero.

Well, I got two 10 days listing suspensions. I feel bit flustrated because it stopped mé from daily revenue.

What I can do against these practises?
1.Create blocked list?
Already done. Big list about 50 ids.
No sure its will work it someone own more than 1 account from my competitors.

2.How many times should someone report listing to get suspension strike?
Lets say that someone own 3 other profiles for report listings. Is it enough?

3.Country visible listings.
-you need many accs to hide visibility of listings.

4.Any other ideas?

Well , I (suppose on 99%)know ID of seller who is doing this game. He is selling the same listings which I got vero restriction.
Even he blocked my account from see listings. But he must have other accounts for report my listings.

yes i agree, the worst thing is other sellers are reporting other's seller's listing so everyone want to standup there alone. to get sales as maximum as they can .
