Clients Google Ads acc got banned. Need ideas.

Hi,

im currently freelancing as web developer, and one client want run Google ads.

My primary google ads account is banned ( few years ago ), but i do this approach :

1. i told client to setup his account ( on his pc, ip, cc etc.)
2. Then add me to that account as manager ( my previously banned Google ads acc ).

i create campaigns ( 100% whitehat ), it run without problems for 3 weeks, then got banned for circumventing system.

i send appeal ( due to his acc, ads and website is total legit ),and got answer - im still banned.

i think it just because my acc got banned few years ago, and just due to fact im the manager of the acc of client, it goes banned as well.

What should i do now? Its no problem to made new domain and website to him, its problem with invoicing details + cc. Because, his business had only one invoicing details, and one cc.

Make an account, or it is better to take someone from the heads of the company with data on the business, and indicate the old payment information, but enter ads from one account (business leader)
