Hey, someone bought to my site a lot of shitty backlinks for misleading anchor. Should I disavow them?

That's a neg-SEO attack. You can probably just ignore them.

The fact that anchor text is off topic makes them harmless.

If its new site I suggest to disavow them, add strong backlinks to the site and improve site authority.
