If its actually been banned by some state actors who will never be known publicly,

I also think they a suffering the effect of a known war

I mostly use the platform to post my artworks. Some of my first videos got over 100k views. Just be sure to post original content, and interact with people in your niche. I found accounts interested in art and design, started commenting, following, etc. It helps with the algorithm. Once they know what your niche is, they will push your videos to more people.

Maybe but not permanently, it's just a trade war between China and USA. Trump try by all means to stop the rise of China (like 5G,technology,economy) remember what happened to Huawei. Or Crypto (Bitcoin) last year in India was banned just a few months. Now? All countries and banks want to buy and store it. It's just a political game

Those stuff never got a chance to step in China..right ?
I believe USA should have done ban on Chinese app and platform like Alibaba n search engine etc ages back in response to G fb Twitter etc.
Every country must do the same...if my ppl are not invited to farm on their land...why their ppl should be allowed on my land?
Freedom should be everywhere...there are ppl in India USA Africa using Google YT Twitter to earn their bread...how fair is it when China restrict them from their hugeee market?
Balance should be maintained. If they restrict u... restrict them too.

It all depends on whether or not the TikTok is a malware that collects confidential user data. If it is, then, of course, it must be prohibited, or the developers must be required to make an adequate privacy policy. If there is nothing illegal about this program, then I don't see anything wrong with it. It seems to me that it helps people find some talents in themselves.
