godaddy or namecheap?

GoDaddy are a waste of Skin.

Namecheap are ok for domains, but hosting is pants.

Namesilo and Porkbun are much better for domains.

Hosting go with a genuine hosting company.

I am on Namecheap for many years, never had problems with their service. Cannot speak for GoDaddy as i have never used them.
 
I would strongly recommend to go with Namecheap, they provide better services and customer support.

what site would you recommend for hosting?
 
namecheap 100%. I use Godaddy for different $0.99 domains here and there once in a while

I prefer namecheap, Go with NC if you are looking for privacy focused domain name.. They even dont suspend the domain if someone complain to them.
 
Was with godaddy years ago. It’s crap.

Like most others here, namecheap is my hosting/register of choice.
 
Namecheap for sure.
I won't touch godaddy with a barge pole even if they offer everything for free.

One thing.... why people talk about customer service??? My favourite customer service is when I never talk to them as all is good.
