Why people needed BM? can't u just use personal FB and work the ads on it?

I have been selling FB accounts for year and in the last 2 years or so people just like dealing with the BM, they claim it performs better and get less bans.

What are the requirements for personal FB to start ads?

Create you business page, post something and they ask you if you want to promote your post or group, pass their ads rules (like no financial pyramids, pharma and etc) it's easy and they will approve manually your ad in 24 hours. If everything is ok next ads will be approved automaticly in couple of hours.
