Facebook threshold from $25 to $2

I am facing a problem where my Facebook threshold is automatically dropping from $25 to $2.
Facebook would show me a $25 threshold and then will drop it down to $2 after sometime. It would be great if someone can help me with this issue.

It happens not only with FB services but and with Google. Try to check if it was declined transactions on your payment method. Fix the problem and they will update your limits after a couple successful payments.
