Reddit, Organic traffic
That really doesnt make any sense since they are both traffic apps for mobile users
It seems that organic traffic is the best for content locking.
I dont really get what you meant by this

Reddit isn't the best content locking traffic. The CVR from Reddit is a lot lower than like SEO or YouTube.
Organic traffic is by far the best.

The top traffic sources, rated by CR (conversion rates), are:
1) Organic Traffic - Google and Youtube (in that order).
2) Paid Traffic - Google / FB
3) Social Media - FB / IG / Reddit (Reddit has the lowest CR-s by far due to the nature of its platform and it's not a long-term solution).

I don't really get how Paid traffic would work thinking that your ad account would get banned but does it really work?

Yes, it does really work. Yes, your account will probably be banned, so you have to get around that (same way with blackhat niches).
