G Ads is unpredictable and even legit accs can get suspended for "suspicious payment" for example (i know guys who have run accs for months with xx,xxx per month spendings/payments and still hv got suspended at x point without cloaking or any suspicious activity.) And then those guys cry that they dont hv backup accs and need to start all over again.

why dont you try other vcc apps
besides,any nations vcc still works for goodle especially when used as backup and when the vcc is a debit or credit card
as long as you can get an account up,you can always use cards from anywhere to run your accounts

Cards are not being charged. It just fails to charge the Movo card, even though there's funds available

why don't use Real CC from your bank or use paypal
Im sure cause many banks dont give new cards that easily as some banks do. And paypal is an option only in some certain countries.

Paypal is also not available in my country but I am using Paypal with my own identity legally it verified with my documents you can google it I Hope you will find some way it's not very difficult

Are you using something like "antidetect" browser to manage almost 200 accounts/profiles at once?Its hard to defend my statements for short-minded people who cant even read. Seems like u hv good bank with many cards, many people dont hv access to it. Its easy to make accs with virtual cards to warm up (and yes, Google ALLOWS using virtual cards, it written even on their payment policies if some people want to argue that vccs r not allowed, u dont hv to spend money on adw to hv backup accs) and when time comes they replace cards to run longer term. Also many people know how to bypass restricted niches and still run the ads, its the beauty of the game. With correct tools u can manage 200 accs with monthly cost of maybe 300 usd without any rdps or other time-consuming methods. Many dont follow the G Ads rules to run profitable niches cause its possible to bypass it. So guys who run legit camps with their 1-2 accounts let them run. But others who prefer to play the game, let them play it. This forum should be named whitehatworld (cause whenever u make sense how to bypass things some start crying)
