[WTB] Looking for a programmer to write a small tool that adds sources to Jarvee Twitter accounts

I am looking for someone who can write a tool that lets me add sources for favoriting and retweeting tweets to Twitter accounts into Jarvee.
The basic functionality of Jarvee does not allow to add sources to multiple accounts, you can only copy and override them which is not time efficient at all.
I would rather be able to append the source URL to the existing sources in bulk to my liking.

Budget for the project is negotiable.
