I think yes, but I have never seen an shoutouts, no matter how much I checked travel accounts

what about creating a website for users to open/share/use on a daily basis to follow with adsense?

Hello! I want to make an Instagram account in the travel niche, but when I check similar accounts with an audience of 100k, 200k and more, I don't see any ads on them. Are such accounts generally monetized or are there no advertisers? if anyone has an account in this niche, how much do you earn and how many followers do you have? thank!
I don't get people..you want to make an instagram account..just one with a niche and already are worried about ads?
Before you do such a thing, i would create content, facebook group + maybe small videos on youtube + instagram and 2pictures beside. Times 5.
Than i would get traffic, post it throughout the world in different groups and than i would monetize it.
Why would people care about something that doesn't exist in the first place?

Sorry if didn't get you wrong, i just wanna try to understand peoples mindset about this..i just cannot get behind it, it is just for educational purposes, i don't want to offend you in any way.

I run a couple of travel accounts myself as a side gig. Majority of the accounts want their feed clean, so they only sell ads for 12hours/24 hours. Permanent posts are priced higher.
Also, to sell shoutouts, you need to reach out to small and wannabe travel influencers, proposing shoutouts for them.
Other than that if you really want to actively monetize it, you need to start a travel themed ecom store, private label or dropshipping, that's your choice.

Are you running an ecom shop in the travel niche?

I actually started a branded travel account because I have a travel business of my own associated with it. As of now not seeing much traction on revenue side so will keep building backlinks, account followers, post count etc. I am in for a long long game so not worried much.

I will keep this thread in mind when I have some promotion ideas.
