1000 Clicks but 0 sales!

So after 8 years i've decided to give Teespring a try and lets see how it goes this time. Obviously lots of stuff have changed since then.

I've created a patriotic design in1 form for different countries (5 different tee's). Posted it on facebook. Got around 1000 clicks to the T-shirt but made 0 sales. There must be something wrong here! i mean if everything was right at least one of them would've purchase the shirt. Got around 600 clicks on my linktree and rest were direct clicks.

They are all direct traffic that have seen the design and shirt before clicking to buy. Keep in mind that in linktree they get different option to choose from so its deffo direct traffic

According to bitly Top clicks were from USA, CANADA , Germany , Sweden .....

Im guessing its either my design or the total cost of the T-shirts that puts people off. If thats the case how do I know the design would work before marketing it. Shall I get a designer ? Or create a design myself and ask different people what they think about it??

Any thoughts on this is appreciated

how long are they on the site for? that'll give u a little idea.
i mean, if theyre only on for a few seconds, then price or page load speed would be 100% factor, if theyre on for a few minutes, then theres obviously a different factor

It varies for each t shirt but it was 7 days maximum to 2 days minimum when i posted it on facebook

How do i do that? So you mean just create different designs and market it? but that wouldn't be so feasible for me.

Yeah, when I dabbled with POD I made like 20 design and only 1 got popular.

They buy cheap shirts in bulk, and they probably have a printer to print them themselves. That's the only way to sell at an affordable price. For your design, I didn't see it so I can't judge but if you don't mind to pm me so I can take a look at it and tell you my opinion. For the price, have you checked for how much your successful competitors sell similar shirts? If not, then that's the first thing you should do before creating the design neither create a FB ad. When you check for how much the competitors sell ( you can use spy tools to check them), lower your prices if it's profitable to go below them.

Its for targeted audience bro. People just cant randomly click on the fb link and then visit my linktree site and then again click on the item that they are looking for!

Something in your website/shirt might be scaring visitors off.
