【Doubt】How Many Times One article Could Be Used For Tier 2

I am wondering how many times one article could be used （coming from SEO content machine or Kontent Machine）

For example

right now I have 4 Tumblr blog accounts，and can I post the same content with spin variation for each blog？

If not，what is the best solution to do，because for tier 1 I could upload the content written by myself，but for tier 2 no reason to write each article

so if i have 1000+ blogs as the tier2 ，I can not to write the different 1000 articles，so should i use the seo content machine to generate 1000 articles and spread into these different blogs?

as many times as you like!

i even have used same article multiple times in tier 2 to connect to tier 1 and have not had any issues. ranked 1 for my primary keywords. sometimes we give google too much credit to take every single thing in consideration!
