Hey,

In this hourney I'm going to build a YouTube Meme "Compilation". There are some of this in the german spoken area. My Current stats are:

Subscribers: 12
+11 Subscribers in the last 28 days (10 of them in one day)

Watch-Time in the last 28 days 10,7h: My Videos are between 4-10 minutes but mostly under 6

Currently I have 387 Views in the last 28 Days.

How do I get traffic?
-Currently I comment under other channels from my niche.
-I will do a Instagram Account and I'll use my first comment tool.
-Do you know more traffic sources? Only Free

My goals are:
[] 100 Subscriber
[] 200 Subscriber
[] 300 Subscriber
[] 400 Subscriber
[] 500 Subscriber
[] 1000 Subscriber (in 2020 if possible)
[] 2000 Subscriber
[] 3000 Subscriber
[] 4000 Subscriber
[] 5000 Subscriber
[] 10000 Subscriber

My Questions:
How can i get more traffic?

Good luck with your journey mate, hope you'll achieve your goals ;)

you can try to get more views by popping up in the recommended section. I think that works by having similiar titles / desciptions and tags as your competitors. so put their cannels / titles in your videos tags and you might get recommended.

in germany there are a bunch of reaction youtubers / streamers. if your content is as good as the other german meme complilations. find smaller streamers that do reaction content and donate them with links to watch your videos. maybe this will drive traffic from their viewers.

Good luck to you on your journey!

A few things I would recommend:
I would probably change your goals. Subs is a bad correlation metric to track growth on YouTube. Anyone can buy subs. And at the same time, a high amount of subs doesn't equate to more money.

With compilation channels lately, their primary source of income is usually community board post shout outs. At least this is what i've learned from friends who run them!
