Hey guys. Facebook issue.

Account #1 had a $5k spend limit so I launched the same ad on Account #2.
As soon as it was published, ad account #2 was disabled for "circumventing policy" even though there was no issue to begin with.
I decided to leave Ad Account #2 alone and launched a new campaign in Account #1. Same story...both accounts disabled now.

Appealed and got both accounts back, but those new ads are showing "Ad Error" so I deleted them.

The issue now is if I publish anything new, the ad accounts get disabled. How do I fix this or go around this?

TIA!

Is the ads within google policies?
Sorry, forgot to mention it's for Facebook ads and yes, within policy. All the previous ads are still currently running, it just gets disabled if anything new is published.

i missed that in the first post,
no experience with FB tho, hopefully someone here knows about

Facebook Ad Platform and Monetisation has been buggy for the past month, I'd give it some time to correct - They are aware of issues apparently.

Happening to me as well and not just one account but on different accounts. I have even tried running ads for different products using different domains as well. Even tried changing IPs.

Hey guys. Facebook issue.
Unfortunately the Facebook AI is out of control and hits a whole series of false positives, the only thing you can do is appeal the decision and wait until a real person looks at it and enables the ad manually...
Ads get disabled, ad accounts closed, business managers banned etc... I have yet to talk to someone that is able to tell me how the AI decides why to block a running ad (completely compliant with FB regulations)... Even the FB representatives have no clue why, they just verify all is OK with the ad and enable it again, I never obtain any explanation...

You Violated Facebook Advertising Policies, Are you Use a New Credit Card Number try it enable?

what was the ad?
Collection Closing Ad, simple jewelry
Not sure how any of this makes sense because the error I was getting was "circumventing policy" when there were no issues to begin with.

This implies that Facebook advertisements must not utilize strategies planned to circumvent the Facebook promotion audit measure. There are two primary reasons why you'll get this warning. On the off chance that you use Unicode characters or images in promotion text with the goal to misdirect clients.
