For those selling ebooks in ebay. How do you avoid getting restricted for selling electronically delivered goods? is there any way around it?
i keep getting that message of electronically delivered items, how can I avoid it? knowing that if I did not mention that the books are digital, the buyers would ask for refunds claiming that they were expecting a physical book.
thank you and please anything can be helpful just share your thoughts.

I usually take 24h to mark as shipped and I only put one keyword in the description which is digital that signs to buyer that the bought item is actually a pdf.

I sold digital goods all the time, but I got banned for being away for 3 month, which sucks, but what I did was contact the customer through Ebay message, send the digital product, and mark it as shipped that's it.

i will tell you a trick , list it with variants and let the buyer to choose the degital format or the hard book, he will not chose hardbook cause you are listing it with a higher prce for example 299£ ,

yes i was selling ebook but for now i have no active ebay account , just use the methode i told you, it's working
