Cograts on your achievement so far. So what is the need of the blogger site since you have a landing page already? I think this is ok already google ads >> google site (landing page) >> offer. Why the blogger?

I've just tried to sign up to CPAbuild but I wasn't able to prceed. Do they still accept new users? Does anyone know anything about it?

I filled in my details and pressed 'Submit' button but nothing happens. I used two different browsers and different IPs just to chek if the error is on my part and I got the same result, i.e. the Submit button doesn't work.

If you do not use blogger there is a risk google will not approve your ad or after approve they will delete your ad but if you use blogger that is safe %100 its just redirected URL

CPAbuild does not accept easily, you need to create an account with someone's referral link who already making money with them
Its Depend on your experience how much you need to start
I target Gulf countries+Switzerland very soon I will add more.
I created 3 ads for 1 direct offer and all 3 ads with 3 different landing pages
