Redirect after offer is completed?Problem

Hey guys,im currently working on my first cpi landing page.I want to set up when he enters website to complete 1 install and then proceed to landing page,can someone help me with that?

Im using Cpa build and i set up to redirect after 1 offer competed

If you use OGads, then you will see an option when you create the locker to enter the URL redirect after completing the required offers.

How much time needs to pass after offer is completed for it to recognize it?
