I'm sure that a lot of us just upload the images to our WordPress Installation, then worry about the Technical Site Metrics after, however reuploading every image, after manually compressing it through Photoshop or another Program can be very time consuming, however, you don't have to!

Haha very true! Photoshop is great and compresses images well but if your site contains 1000+ images, it's 1000 images to download, put into photoshop and reupload!

I do agree when we do compare buliders with elementor but with respect to designing however it's good in optimization. I'm struggling with one of my blogs.

If cached and optimised correctly, I have sites that load in around a second with Elementor as the builder.

It can if you want it to. You can configure the settings to remove or to keep the metadata. I have mine set to keep it for alt tags etc but it's your choice.
