I do not recommend PacketStream.
The proxies go down often and are just really fucking slow in general.
Furthermore I often times get duplicate IP's.

after several months usage, it will be much better if below problems resolved:
1. ip address rotate every time you visit the site even you select sticky ip session, so that at least we need geotargeting. no city geotargeting, even no state targeting now. we need it heavily.
2. a lot of ip has been marked blacked list or abused. in some countries especially US, it is very hard to find a good ip. we need some clean and fresh ips. even we pay a little bite more.

A week ago I finished cooperation with this service.
Overall, I liked the service. But several drawbacks made me go to a competitor.
No geo targeting. There is no city choice. No provider choice.
The service is unsuitable for serious work. All these random IPs = "last century". Any work other than mindless automatic account registration becomes hell.
Recently, most of the IP addresses do not even allow you to go to some sites. Or direct to captcha. Which is a terrible sign. Again, not registering accounts, but even when visiting the site. I will note that everything is fine with other IPs.
However, thanks for your cooperation. Hopefully in the future we will return to cooperation. When you upgrade a service.

I request a refund from them. They consume so much bandwith than the actual means your burning money on fast. And i think their ip is not really millions cause several ip registered as duplicate. And I tested it.
