Awesome method. I'm trying it right now. But for some reason if I make a post in Blogger.com the post looks really weird. Like it doesn't outline correctly and you see the text go outside the form... anyone knows how to fix this?

Thank you for sharing. It was very helpful. A few questions:

1. I notice the link from your blogspot page goes to http://www.mb103.com/..... Is that yours or the cpa network? Just trying to figure out where your page ends and where the cpa network begins. Notice there's a small popup before going to the mb103 site. I am assuming that is yours.
2. What do you use to cloak ?
3. How do you handle traffic from other countries? I assume your CPA offer is country specific e.g. swiss. So what if someone from, say UK, wanders in? I assume they don't get the offer and the traffic is lost?
4. If someone comes in from another country outside the offer's country, does that degrade your traffic "quality"? I think some networks check the traffic quality. I am trying to figure if quality means originating country or the activities of those who signs up.

Can you provide steps to transfer from CF to blogger without changing the appearance?

I searched and didn't find anything promising, so it would be helpful if you provide some guide sort of steps on this.

So you got $0.05 cpc clicks, and also got $1.84 EPC, not country can get that cheap clicks and offfers that pay that good too. I have done thousands on CPABuild and know for a fact those metrics are photoshopped and fake and you can tell if you look at the picture closely.
