I wanted to open a thread of which people can share their other threads and tips in regards to YouTube!

I'll start with;

Focus on your Channel Graphics! Tools such as Canva & Photopea can be used to create Catchy, Attractive Graphics for your Channel Banner, Logo & Thumbnails!

Any tips on how clickbaity you should make your titles, especially when starting a new channel?

It really depends on your Niche, as to what you can do and what you can use. I would suggest looking for clickable topics within your Niche, take Gaming as an Example, you could use something such as "Did you know about this Glitch? (Shocked Emoji)".

So for example "This NEW Class Setup is CRAZY! (Mindblown Emoji)" or would you do "This NEW AK47 Setup is CRAZY! (Mindblown Emoji)"

Probably the first title, as it's not restricting it to specifics such as the AK47, allowing for additional clips and more length to your content.
