Social media sites that doesn't takedown content easily?

Is there any social media, web 2.0 sites that doesn't takedown content easily?

If I get a DMCA or report abuse, anyone willing to listen my side before taking down the content?

Nope my experience is that the general reaction from these sites to DMCA takedown requests is take it down right away as they do not want to be held responsible...
Afterwards they let you sort it out afterwards with the 'content owner'
Looking at their point of view, I suppose they get tons of DCMA requests so probably not feasible to start discussing with the people posting and mediate...

Probably in China or some other country that ignores DMCA.

That is my experience, as stated dmca is taken very seriously and social media sites act immediately as they do not want to be sued...
Afterwards it's up to you to prove that you are allowed to post this content by discussing with the party that posted the DMCA (and when this happened to me it was an agency appointed by the rights owner so this implied a discussion between 4 parties...)
