I want to make video tutorials and show people how to use websites like Fit Girl repacks, IGG games etc. and how they can download off those websites and install games.

Clearly that is piracy, but can I somehow find a loophole and still make a video with maybe some disclaimers like "video for educational purpose only" or something like that ?

Anyone has any ideas ?

I know channels that are doing the tutorial of how to INSTALL a game from Fitgirl and similar types of other videos for years. The channels are still running and going well. It all depends on the copyright owners and whether they are willing to do a copyright strike or community strike for showing a pirated tutorial or not.

Like suppose you show, how to block ads on YouTube, you might get a community strike, and it's not the same for everyone; some are actually getting away with it. For some, the video is taken down when they get popular or get thousands of views. I remember seeing a video 'How to watch TV Show for FREE (Legal Method)' got taken down and it was all legal. So it doesn't really seem similar to everyone.

I don't think you will find any issue if you put a disclaimer.

@AlekhyaDas actually like you said I have witnessed this, seen a video for months with about 200-400 views and all of a sudden it jumped to 20k views and was taken down.
really seems like a gray area.

@Razen666 I could try and hope for the best :) Also would be solid idea to first research a little more

It really depends if you get copyrighted or not... Can be risky but you won't know if you won't test :) You got nothing to lose, only time

Copy what your competitors are doing and try the same, experiment with it and see if anything happens.

Good idea, I was researching what others are doing, so far what I noticed is if its Indian guy speaking aka there is language barrier, video stays up

Whoaaa, UPDATE
I reported this video
3 days ago and now its removed, I was actually testing, seems like if someone reports you and you are actually pirating in the video itself, your video is removed.

I have couple of more videos I reported like this one

Dude is pirating songs in Mp3 format on the video, lets see if it gets removed.
He is doing it off soundcloud tho

I also have few videos I reported that have disclaimers and few that do show PIRACY websites like piratebay, igg games and FitGirl repacks but THEY DONT ACTUALLY DOWNLOAD OFF THEM, they just show them in a video and explain how they are used.

Also I seen videos from people showing how to use Piratebay with disclaimers and guy in the video downloads free programs, so he doesnt again actually pirate anything, but he does show the website where pirated content is.

Thats what I want to do, I dont want to pirate anything in the video itself, but I do want to show and explain how these pirate websites work and how to download off them.

Also this guy straight up pirates MS office in the video

I have them all reported, lets see whos video gets removed, and that should provide some evidence.
Its better than me making a video and getting banned, I say.
