That's not my point. If Netflix is cheap in Turkey or Argentina it's because they don't have all the tv shows and movies in those versions, reason why it's not cheap in USA because they have everything in it.

It’s not about which country you bought. It’s about which country are you located at. For example, if you have turkish netflix account, and you travelled to USA, you can watch the same shows as usa netflix account. It is about copyrights and other stuff.
