Guys, I just submitted my sitemap to google search console 2 days ago. I am already receiving organic search clicks. This is weird. I haven't even built any backlinks. I like what I see so far.

The OP said that the website comes with back-links.
May you send me PM with your site domain? Only if that is fine.

Hi, I am interested, can you pm details how to purchase. Thanks

got my job board in 5 working days. it's what the seller claim, a nice fully functioning job board. seller is very responsive and suggested the best place available to create the boards.

now it's my turn to do the job of promoting it :)

by the way, how's the other job board owner's? how's your site so far....

Happy to have you as a client and I have explained from the beginning these sites are optimized to appear in Google for jobs, they have the google for jobs schema embedded and Google always have to show results for the queries as you can see there are sites that get results almost immediately.

The OP said that the website comes with back-links.
May you send me PM with your site domain? Only if that is fine.
care to share as well so i can take a look? thanks
I would not be sending my site to other members, I put the samples in the first page and they can analyze those sites if you want to know the backlinks towards your site you can ask me, we were the ones that created it

The template you used for the samples is broken on mobile and look dated. Can we provide our own template and you intergrate the api for the jobs?

The template you used for the samples is broken on mobile and look dated. Can we provide our own template and you intergrate the api for the jobs?

Short answer: No.

Long Answer: Even if the template looks simple it is crucial in the job integration process in WordPress, the google for jobs schema is key for the success of this solution, I have said it before and I repeat it here this solution has been created to be a real money-making solution for the owner as soon as he/she gets it, the content is unique and automatically provided, the theme has already embedded an SEO SILO structure, it has onsite and offsite optimization, it has an entire e-commerce solution embedded for you just to enter your payment information, so if the issues to avoid buying the site are merely aesthetics this solution is not for you.

Now if you have read this far and you are still interested in this I have two possibilities for you:

a) The theme DOES NOT brake in mobile nevertheless we know there are some elements that are overlapped, those are the e-commerce elements and we decided to launch anyway because we knew that desktop buyers are the ones that make the e-commerce purchases and we really did not think would be such a turn-off, but if you are interested you can buy it and we will remove these elements, the e-commerce part will be functional but you will have fewer conversions since those elements help to improve it, but if aesthetics are more important than the money elements we can remove them (note all this will be solved in the next version).

b) You can purchase the solution and if those elements are really important for your operation you can request a developer to change them to be mobile-friendly, is possible that this will cost you more than the entire solution we are selling you here, but that is up to you.

Now I would like to use this post as well to explain to our customer and prospective clients how to properly interpret the messages you receive from Google Webmaster Tools, as I said lines above not because the fire alarm in your house goes off it means your house is burning!!!, Google webmaster tools will crawl your site from time to time and will report on the health of your site at the moment of the crawling, google webmaster tools IS NOT a real-time reporting tool, it has some delay, here are the messages you may get, what they mean and what to do to solve them:

This is the server 500 error, this means that at the moment Google tried to crawl your site your server was down, this mostly happens when your site is hosted on a shared host and you are pushing some real traffic or when your site is hosted on an SEO host, the SEO host are usually not made to handle a lot of traffic and this can happen, this is an error on your hosting provider, talk to them and upgrade your account for a plan with access to more resources or ask them to review the logs, it may be that the server was overwhelmed at that specific moment with too many Google requests and it shot down.

From time to time you will get this "warning" messages, as you can see they are not critical, what they mean is that Google has identified your content as a job (that is what we intended) thanks to the job schema the theme thas embedded, but that the jobs that are triggering the alarm do not contain the address in the structure they are expecting it or that the salary is not present either, as I have explained previously the standardization of the information we receive is one of the hardest challenges we face since in the specific case of addresses many people can write: Houston Texas or Houston - TX or Houston, TX, USA, or the street names, or the zip codes or everything together, that is why we "clean" all this information in the background and when we are unable to clean it we use only the entire city as information, while Google is expecting a street and an address it sends you this warning message but it just means the info is not present as they expected and is probably because the recruiter entered random information in that area and we could not use it, regarding the salary range many recruiters refuse to put it and they enter any random information they have to pass this step there is nothing that you or we could do here, if no information nor reference are given there is nothing we can do about it, but the jobs that have this problems are a small minority and after 30 days they will be removed from your site, so there is nothing to really worry about.

As I explained at the beginning of this post to @tshirtpromo , these are the error messages that Google Webmaster Tools sends you when the site is crawled via mobile if you see there is only one page that triggers the message, and as I stated before is the sales page for the e-commerce, we accepted this since we knew the people who will convert will be people on desktop, so that is not an issue for us, but when people want to stop seeing this error messages we can remove the e-commerce sales page (as we have done with some clients) at the cost of fewer conversions, is up to you, if you prefer NOT to see the error message at the cost of fewer sales.... in the next release the sales page will be mobile friendly but we know that at least human resource people don't pay via mobile (we have had had this solution for almost 4 years and we have not gotten a single e-commerce sale via mobile), but we will do it to avoid this confusion.

There’s currently a bug in GSC thats causing mobile usability error with the theme. After a week of re testing the errors just disappeared.

I just purchased 1 jobs website. Once it is finished I will give you guys my thoughts. Hopefully I will be ordering more.

I would love to say that it is the case but I think this has more to do with the frequency in which Google crawls the page for the recruiters (the only page that has this issue), the more backlinks you have the more entry points to crawl your page google has, so the warning message will appear more often the more google crawls it, but as I said imho it is not an issue, but I have already made a couple of recommendations to avoid it if that is really important for you while the next version comes out.

Happy to have you as a client, I PMed you already.

If you install a default Wordpress theme, send us the username and password for the theme yes, not a problem once everything is done I will send you the corn jobs that need to be configured to make it work and you will be ready to roll, there are still some very interesting states available, but no for long it seems.

Do you have a time for the new version?
Very likely in September BUT do not wait for it, why?

a) It will be more expensive for sure.

b) The current version will be still on sale, supported and working properly but I would recommend you to pick asap some of the states that are still without any "owners".

c) The sooner you buy it the sooner Google will send you traffic, no need to wait for this.

d) We will be giving the new theme for free to the clients who have been active the most, so if that were you case you would get It for free.

Okay, I decided today I am going to try this out. I have had an interest in job board websites in the past before, but I never acted on it. This will be my first project ever, and I am hoping to be surprised in a positive way. This will not be a full-time project but a side project where I can dedicate about 5 hrs a week to it. It is all I can spare with FT work 45 hrs/week and FT grad school 18hrs/ semester. I may have to create another thread as I do not want to hijack OPs thread.
