Thank you. but especially i want to sell in my country. there are many opportunity yet. I'm finding reseller price so that i can sell them to local market with retail price.

Research first in your country how much your competitor sell it. Than find seller with cheaper price. Example windows in my country only range $3-$5 you can easily resell to $10 in other country

No difference than pshycal item, except in delivery. You can Google shopify windows 10 or other digital license and see how your competitor doing it.
