How long for Tiktok ad to review

I recently tried to get an ad up, but it has been "not delivering because account is in review."

It has been sitting in review for almost 2 days now. Anyone know if it normally takes this long?

I just sent in a support message. but was still wondering if this is normal or not?

One thing is that my ad group is set to spend $20 per day, but I only have one ad group. But I see that when creating a campaign the budget minimum is $50. Could this be the issue?

TikTok has minimal limit on days ads. We can't change it
