I am very interested in this and is most likely going to order. However, I just want to get one thing cleared up. If I buy the Business plan off of gatorhosting and a domain am I good to go then? As it seems like cpanel is included in the hosting on gatorhosting. Maybe dumb question but thanks anyways!
I take it you are talking about hostgator. If so, yes you can use hostgator and they do have cpanel included with their hosting plans. This is what I purchased and have been working with OP to set up my job site. So far, I am happy with the process and will update everyone once we have further developments.

Just got my order fulfilled review, so here's my initial thoughts about the service
@patadeperro is very thorough during the setup process, we both went over the initial strategy for the site and he presented some nice data which is always welcome. I've interacted with other sellers who also build sites and that part of the process was a pleasant surprise, as most of them don't do this.
he also constantly reminds you that this is more than just a site and it's a business and should be treated as such.
The site looks good, it's clean and works as expected, and all the features are present as promised. Documentation is also complete for both getting around the site and how to market it initially.
overall a good service, I'll just have to get started on the other groundwork and let's see where this leads, will post an update then.

1. I know that you will provide some guide for promoting the website; however, want to know if owners you showed their stats getting many clicks got these without additional back-linking or promoting. In other words, will the website get organic visits without additional work from me? Your title says " passive income" , so this is also my understanding.
2. I read that someone had an issue with namecheap hosting , and as I love namecheap , will I have the same issue? IS there hosting specifications or the website can be added to any shared hosting?
3. Is a fresh domain recommended for this website or an aged one ?
4. In your guide, do you recommend making the website for a specific city rather than all the country? Does this lead to better results ?

I wrote this in the first page:
Who this is NOT for.
Somebody who is lazy and thinks that he does not need to work, yes many things are automated, yes there is some traffic coming, yes the site is optimized, but the owner will still need to make the promotion of the site in order to increase the visitors.
It is passive income once you have reached a point where you are bringing constant traffic, this is not magic if you think the traffic will flow in masses just because you launched, then the answer is NO, some traffic will come but you still need to promote it.

Answer:
As long as there is Cpanel everything should be fine the issue was in the moment to configure the cronjobs to bring the daily updates, namecheap has a lot of restrictions (example did not launch them on time, or it did not launch them at all and he had to contact the support) I do not like my clients to have issues due to 3 part services that is why I recommended the ones I mentioned, but once you know what is the issue you make the desition.

More than an aged domain I recommend a domain with backlinks, backlinks are the most important element to rank in Google, even you already receive some backlinks from our network, the more the better so I can help you to chose a new or aged domain name, not a problem.

The answer to this question is the same as for many other questions about results, everything depends on your skill level, time commitment, and experience BUT if you are starting I would tell you an entire State website will do it, there are several states that are still with CERO people choosing them so I will be happy to tell you as soon as you buy your solution, but remember that not many states are left without an owner... so hurry up!!!

I then gave patadeperro the credentials needed to get into my site. He said the set up would take about 5 days. Sure enough, 5 days later, I got a message saying everything was finished and now I have a fully functional jobsite. This package is turn-key. I didn't have to set up anything. It just works. I am very impressed. I will update you guys when I start getting more traffic!

Thanks for your answers. When I read posts here many claims to get organic traffic in visits within few days, so I wondered if a newly established websites gets that amount of traffic without doing SEO.

Thanks for the feedback, happy to have you as a client.
Answer: We send backlinks by default to the client's website from our network, that is why many people start getting Google for jobs traffic fast, but there are other clients who request for the backlinks to be removed and we do it as well, my point being everything depends on the SEO you make for the site, we try to help you as much as we can, but once again you will get the results according to the effort you put in.
Answer: Yes, the site will erase the jobs you have added after 30 days, BUT this is another detail you need to verify from your hosting account because some times you have so many jobs and your hosting solution is shared that when the process to remove jobs start, it takes so long that the hosting account cut the resources, but that is not an issue you can use a plugin to erase them or leave them, they DO NOT affect the traffic nor anything to your site, there are some clients who don't erase them at all to receive more traffic to their sites.
