Hi,

MAC address is generated by Hyper-V hypervisor, changing the mac address will cause internet disconnection.

Just wanted to say, I'm very happy with my choice going with windowsVPS. Yes, the support isn't as instant as some of the bigger players, but they are very on point in trying to help you out. The service and value is fantastic and will be ordering more plans for other projects. Reliability is the only thing left, so I will have to report back a few months down the line. So far, it's been a dream.

Regarding the support all our services are self-managed but we still try our best to provide full support for our customer and the average response time for the ticket is 1 hour. We do have real 24x7 support via ticket. Well Big players charge you big as well but our prices are really low which can not be compared.
