They buy them in bulk from wholesalers for cheap.
Video Games business isn't something you can easily "drop-ship".

I really doubt they buy in bulk, most likely they are stolen or purchased with stolen cards. Couple of years ago there was a big seller who was selling Wii consoles below the market price, turns out they were all stolen

LOL there is no way you can buy a new game like that with them kind of margins... 10% if you are lucky but I think its now closer to 3-5%

Some of the UK suppliers will let you drop ship. IF you can can't find them while searching just email Nintendo, Sony etc and just ask them for the wholesale company contact for the UK... I think if memory serves centresoft in the UK deals with Sony, Activision and Sega I think... can't remember.

you can find tonnes of games to dropship from amazon to ebay. good margins too.

We had success when buying Liquidation stuff. I would recommend to check it out, of course, You will have to invest money upfront, but You can find some good stuff here.
