[Ask] How to Get One Way Links Like This?

Hi all,

I currently observed this site

http://www.thegadgetblog.com

When i put this into Google search

link:www.thegadgetblog.com

it showed 2,540 pages linking to this site.

Among them are:

http://ilovehotchocolate.com 
and 
http://www.ohgizmo.com/

but i found that this site doesn't link back to them.

How to do this?
I bet he/she doesn't have all those 2,540 pages/sites and put the links to this site.

Please help with your knowledge seniors

It could be millions of things. thegadgetblog might have bought the link or maybe it was given to them because he knows the dude or maybe these blogs are on the same network or maybe ohgizmo naturally decided to link to thegadgetblog... Or maybe thegadgetblog sucked off ohgizmo...

Yeah, it's like that.

Crazy hard to tell, only way to even get an idea is to visit each link and scan, look, study. That takes a lot of time.

On top of that those links aren't all of em' either, could very well be more!

Or, all the blogs are in the same circle
