if the OP is not from the US or a T1 country, I think most likely he won't be in trouble if doesn't put his real name when registering domain, hosting or anything related to what he's going to do, just my opinion tho

You don’t need much storage as you DEFINITELY do not want to host movies on the server.

Wordpress is fine. There are move plugins out there that will make life easy for you. Make sure to get an offshore hosting account.

Be careful to use CDNs like Cloudflare Otherwise your hosting will get banned because of dmca (Even some offshore hostings will block your service if there's an official court order)

If you want to create something with quick success, but a bit more work and risk - find good hosting in a remote country that doesn't have good relations with America or its allied countries. Upload your videos on there and watermark the videos/movies with your movie site and then embed on your site.

It's more work, but because it's your hosting - you'll save yourself countless hours later on in cleaning up the site and keeping away broken links. Plus people will flock to your site because it's faster to load than the regular links and it's up online.

Downside is that you have to download and upload videos. Over time people will try to hotlink to your videos, then you just change the directory and all their links are broken but yours still work.

Why do you want to host movies? You can do something very very unethical that is totally legal. Use a cpa content locker and when it's time to show the movie show nothing. 100% legal and very cheap to implement.
