I've been testing a lot of famous hostings but most of them are extremly slow.

WPX is very expensive, which is why I most often recommend people to just go with SiteGround, especially if you're just getting started with 1 website.

I'm a really happy SiteGround customer, cannot recommend them enough

WP sites load at 99/100 in Google PageSpeed after some tweaks.

I've tested Siteground and it is so slow. I'm currently with WPX and it is so unstable, sometimes it loads so fast and sometimes so slow. The best one at the moment is kinsta but I need something faster, I don't care about the price.

All of the major brand names such as GoDaddy, 123reg etc are all known for loading people onto cheap servers, meaning the performance is usually of a lower quality, even though the price is premium.

Depending on your budget, I would either look into CPanel Hosting with a Dedicated Provider or use a VPS to power your website, they should both do the job.

Hey @Snake SEO , how do you measure your site speed?
Was your Wordpress setup for all the tests equal? same plugins (and their settings), same content (image sizes) etc...Does mentioning 'most are slow' means you have found some reasonable ones?
It is never easy to compare hosting providers as some are not set-up by default (call them lazy or intentional to sell you premium services) as caching settings can be tweaked... depending on your distance to the service provider a CDN might increase loading speeds etc... (and if the CDN is a different one this also affects the results)

As I have seen mentioned, look at cloud options to run on your own managed server, amazon, google, etc...
