How to renew Jr.Vip?

I'm a bit of a control freak especially when it comes to money, and I always cancel all subscription payments, even for things I'm 99% sure I'll be renewing every month.

Well so my Jr.Vip expires on the 31st of July and I want to renew it. I went to "Account upgrades," and I don't see a pay or a renew button.

Why isn't there a button?

If I'm not mistaken, the Jr.Vip is a subscription payment thing, and normally it would auto-renew. But since I cancel the subscription payments, I need to make the payment manually. But there is no way that I can see.

I think such an option should be added, because now I'll probably have to contact BHW support, wait for their reply, then pay, bla bla bla, and everybody wastes time.

So how do I renew it?

I don't see an option to renew in your screenshot. Where is the option to renew in your screenshot?

You are right, for "blue gang" only option is to cancel.. Pink and MarketPlace seller are available

Now that i think about it i believe @Diamond Damien will send you an email about a week before it expires. You can renew from there

Hm, okay I guess.

I still think they should put a renew option there. It would make life easier. What if I wanted to renew last month? What if I wanted to renew 6 months ago? I mean, okay

Funny I sent a very similar request to forum support earlier this year.

There should be a "pay now" option somewhere IMO so users can extend their membership by 1 year before it expires.

Sounds like too much work. Also that niche is too competitive, too many people doing that and flipping statues already.

During the upgrade, we improved our payment options. However - even in the 21st century we can't read minds . If you requested a cancellation we have to accept that the account has been cancelled.
Responding to members requests we updated the membership payments system. As you're running on the old payment system and you cancelled this means that you can't renew until your subscription has completed. However once you do you'll be moved to the new payment system which will provide you with much more flexibility and control to manage payment options and other items going forward.
Please remember the Jr. VIP price will be increasing later this year (delayed to respect the issues brought on by COVID). Those with a valid recurring subscription will be grandfathered in.

So how do I renew it?

In your case as you cancelled the subscription you'll need to wait until your subscription expires on 31st July 2020 at the time displayed. You can then use our new Account Upgrade option and control your membership going forward via https://www.blackhatworld.com/account/upgrades

This is valid for all members

Those that see Purchase and Cancel buttons as displayed below are on the new payment platform. Those that don't have them are on the old one. Your subscription will still renew however your won't have the same level of control. All new memberships as of 29th June 2020 are on the new payment platform.
