I'd recommend guest posting since that's still a top tier method. I'd also recommend quora as well. But more than anything do your research. Too many people skip this. It's not the most glamorous thing to do for marketers but man it helps to target and make your time more efficient than skipping this step and marching forward without it.
 
I have and the main thing is investing time to actually put together a good guest post as if you are writing it for your own blog/website.

This is what I'll do for you.. I'm all about targeting and footprints. For targeting use this:

intext:"jon morrow" inurl:author and what this will do is pull up any places where he has placed a guest post. This way if you come across an interesting or well known blogger or other writer associated with your niche or other purpose. Obviously replace jon morrow with whomever you'd like to do a little research on.

This also follows another thread I read around here in the last week as well.
 
Step 1: Find Facebook groups in your niche

Step 2: Engage by replying and reposting "best of niche" content (this content is made by industry leaders - everyone knows this is not yours - you're just sharing 'the best')

Step 3: Gain enough credibility - measured by # of likes on your posts / comments

Step 4: Mix in your content posts with high quality brand posts (step 2)

Shortcut? Hire a Virtual Assistant to do this

Hour based VAs = Fiverr or Upwork
Quota or results-based VAs = Cognoplus or Lathan or others

Publish content regularly and build backlinks from similar sources will help you. Still, it takes some time to get traffic, patience mainly needed on SEO.
 
Social media or seo articles with long tail keywords with low competition
 
Facebook groups, general forum Reddit,, qoura etc through these platform you may get free and organic traffic enjoy
 
Create informative and user intent content for users this will naturally help to drive organic traffic.
 
Share your content on social media like; Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn.

Also, promote your content on Quora and Medium, you can get a considerable amount of traffic through these platforms.
