Problem with Ebay

Hello to all,

i am having problem with Ebay.My account is old 8 years and i have all positive reviews.I am trying to post item for sale and always after that my account get suspension because they said that someone else is using my account.I cold them many times but nothing.Is there anyone who had similar problem?

Hello, we had that problem one. First of all change password on Your account just to be safe. In our case, account was accidentally linked up with another account like 5 years ago. We had to call eBay several times and explain, that 2 people have been working on one computer, finally we unlinked them. This could be a problem, even if 2 people are working on same wifi with seperate pc's. That's my 2 cents.

I have reset password many times.After first calling they unblocked my account and after listing item,i got block again.

Hey, maybe they limited account for other reason, please read the email that came with suspension VERY carefully! Sometimes the suspensions are just peanuts... Give us update!

Thank You for Your effort. They just want to verify information about You. They will ask all personal data, maybe location and maybe Your business model. Problem is that i already contacted them twice and confirmed my data.After confirmation they unblocked me and then after listing new item i got again same problem.I mean my account was blocked.

It just seems like it's a problem within the eBay system. Don't stop calling them, fight for it, You will find the person who will genuinely help You. Just to be sure - You receive the same bans after unblock? Or does it say something else?

Yes i got same ban after unblock.Today i will call then and will see what will happen.

I called them and they again unblock my account after i provide my id,bill and financial statement.Just to hope that they will not ban me again after i submit listing.
