I see many monthly seo services here but also one time packages. What do you think is the better option for a new website with no rankings yet?

You don't really need them if you're just starting out. Just focus on making a good site and spreading it around yourself a little.
Once you got some footing I would first experiment with one time packages and move onto monthly ones later as when you're still new it'll take a few months before you even see the effects from either of them.

Not monthly I can say but content plus SEO will work for your new website. Secondly, you will have to work on SEO for this continuously for a short time, can't say it will be monthly or what.

Monthly yes if you’re get diversified links, or go ahead and buy random links and then like @BassTrackerBoats said we will hold a mourning prayer for your site. Ps please ask for sample reports, discuss strategy, keywords just don’t jump in randomly

Please explain more. I am trying to rank german site so seo shouldnt be as hard as it is for english sites. Can u recommend buying seo services for a foreign language like german?

I would suggest local SEO agencies in Germany as they have more connections and linking networks from german websites, which is more suitable for you. Of course these agencies have their price.

It depends on your service type, you can get Multi Tiered/PBN/Guest posts links on a monthly bassis but you also need to have fresh content every month.

Yeah thats the problem you cant afford them as a college student.You already have to make good profit with your website. Indian agencies here on bhw are way cheaper and seem to deliver good results

You can ask a service provider to take 2-3 months to create a solid setup of relevant authority links, quality unique content, optimized onpage SEO, and focus on low-comp keywords as a foundation. Then have the site semi-automated to drip new content in (using RSS, scripts or plugins to post on a scheduled basis, to maintain new content velocity). There are also scripts or plugins that will auto create niche related links to your site or from social media etc, to maintain link velocity.

Op you better invest in your own PBN or buy links directly from sites, instead of going to with monthly seo service sellers. But you need to keep building links and avoid link lost.

This is the type of crap that is sold on Fiverr and on sales threads with cartoons and fictional names.
You need to invest in quality, not quantity.
