Yandex Metrics is actually a very powerful tool and even beats Google Analytics on some points. Example, they have built-in heatmaps and session recordings. On top of that you can find most features that you can find in Google Analytics.

Wow I’m amazed how very few people use GA. I use GA for all my websites, but heard nice feedbacks about Metrica so might try it on my new project.

I use Clicky (paid), pretty good. I've just installed Yandex Metrica on one of my websites, just to try it out.
Just found out why it's so complex and free at the same time
