Any methods with proofs or tested before how to get clients at the beginning without a need to fight with millions on freelance sites and facebook groups? Because it is almost impossible to get an order there.

You could try doing outreach directly to marketing agencies and see if they would be interested in outsourcing some work to you.

Tried a lot of it, but most agencies need people in US timezone and I am from Europe.
