Hi.

I find a service in Fiverr: Increase your domain rating DR 50 plus with SEO authority backlinks

and when I check a buyer website in Hrefs. I saw more 200 redirect backlinks from google ex: google.ca google.dz google.by ....
and yes the buyer domain increase to 56 DR in just a few days.
Is this trick safe: Black hat Or a white hat?

No. Joking. If you get few of these links, no problem but as you list it above, it does not look as a natural backlink profile.

These services only fool ahrefs for some short time.

You can easily get these google backlinks for free there is even tutorial on this forum. People say that they are just fake backlinks to boost your ratings in ahrefs moz and so on.

This ain’t gonna rank you higher in Google, but if you want to sell guest posts or something based on DR, that would be the way to go

Talking about ratings ( ahrefs, moz, etc ) this is a vanity score and not an effective one ( you will not rank your website ). It is good if you want to sell guest posts, but it have zero impact on your rank.
And yes, it is risky for your website.
