Are PayPal refunds risky?

Hello I have a seller(not bhw) that isn't giving me what I want even if I had purchase his/her services. I wanna know is it safe to get a refund through paypal?

I guess it is safe. I have been using my paypal id for atleast 8 years if not more. I have gotten refund more than one time. I even have charged back with my cc company (after paypal denied my claim) once. I still have my account.

Don't worry about anything, if your account is legit (mine is, and it's not the first one. Long story). Just do what it takes.

yes it will work fine, the charge back usually can get your account limited if you do it for orders and it's new pp account.

It shouldn't be safe for new paypal account.
But they always support buyers.
I got refunds many times.

If it's for a digital product you purchase it is a slim chance you'll get a refund. Read their policy on digital products first. Then again you can just do a charge back on your cc.

OK, so this means that you have NOT yet made a purchase because you know that the seller will not give you what you want EVEN if you purchase.
So, since you have NOT yet purchased, there is no question of a refund and the solution is NOT to purchase because you feel that the seller will not give you what you want EVEN if you purchase. It is as simple as that (do not purchase) !!!
